We are currently accepting more investors so that we can provide more homes to people who have no other alternatives for purchasing a home. The more investors we have, the more homes we can make available for sale with absolutely no credit check.
Our investors are people who are tired of the stock market ups and downs and the pitiful returns on most of the other investment products on the market. They chose to invest in residential real estate using the Home Sweet Home, LLC turnkey management plan because it gives them a higher return on their capital invested and because their capital is secured by equity in real estate, which does not just vanish like the value of some stocks.
At the same time the investment allows a family with little or no credit to live in a home of their own. Many of these families have been shut out of home ownership by the Big Brother credit bureaus, and have been forced into rental property where their money is being thrown away. With a rental there is no financial benefit to the renter in the form of property appreciation or equity buildup.
We see it as a win-win opportunity. We provide homes for the disenfranchised at, or near market value with the best deal they will find anywhere on a 'No Documentation' loan. This is an excellent deal for the buyers, as they are getting a home at market value, with no credit check.
The investor receives a high return on investment with very little risk or downside because we have the ability to purchase homes consistently below retail market value. With the system we have developed, we do not make an investment unless we know that we can earn a certain minimum percentage return on our capital. We know the home market in our area, buy homes at a discount, and then sell them on our terms (no credit check) very quickly.
Our investors are very pleased with the return on their investments which have substantially outperformed the stock market since our inception in 2001.
